white lights up and down the highway
bright lights between me and my way
i'll be a blurb tonight on the ten o'clock news
i have no excuse
i'm not a vampire it is time to step into the lights
blue lights flashing in my rear view mirror
sad lights trying to give me my cue
i'll be interviewed tonight on the ten o'clock news
i can't be a recluse
i'm not a magician i have to stay out of the lights
